LISBON, Dec 17 (Reuters) - Portugal's 2.2 billion euro economic stimulus plan announced last week is expected to have a 0.7 percentage point positive impact on the gross domestic product next year, Finance Minister Fernando Teixeira dos Santos said on Wednesday. 'Just by itself, this growth initiative may have an 0.7 percentage point effect. It is a significant impact in the current situation,' he told a parliamentary commission on budget and finances.
